College credit,
earned in high school.

Earned Pathways helps districts build early-college and dual-credit programs that actually move students to a degree — and trains educators to use AI without surrendering the one thing it can't do: judgment.

Why we exist

Dual credit gets one criticism: "they're just handing it out." We built a company to prove the opposite.

A college credit earned at sixteen is real when the course is real, the rigor is real, and the support is real. That's what early college is supposed to be — and it's what most programs quietly struggle to deliver. We help districts deliver it: the structure, the alignment between high school and college, the readiness, and the people. And because AI is now in every student's pocket, we teach the judgment to use it without letting it do the thinking.

What we do

Three ways in. One standard.

Our signature

Vertical alignment. High school and college, in sync.

Most early-college problems aren't student problems. They're alignment problems: the ninth-grade English teacher and the college composition instructor have never been in the same room. We put them there — and build the scope, sequence, and expectations that run from freshman year straight through the first college course. It's the work we're known for, because we do it from both chairs.

Both chairs

We teach the HS course and the college course.

Our founder teaches English II and the dual-credit college composition sequence in the same building. Alignment isn't a theory for us — it's Tuesday.

Structure first

Rigor with support, by design.

Cohorts, first-year institutes, pacing guides, and readiness plans your team can run with every incoming class — not a binder that dies in August.

Equity as the starting point

Built for first-gen and bilingual students.

The students the AI divide hits first are the ones we serve. Every family session is available in Spanish. Access isn't a slide; it's the premise.

AI, with judgment

The tool is in their pocket. The thinking stays in their head.

We train teachers and students to use AI the way a professional does: as a draft, a sparring partner, a rhetoric machine to be judged — never as the author.

Why districts choose us

Not a vendor. Not a theorist. A practitioner.

The typical consultant

  • Left the classroom years ago (or never ran one)
  • One slide deck for every district
  • Talks about AI without using it, or sells it without questioning it
  • Treats early college and AI as two separate conversations
  • English only

Earned Pathways

  • Leads an early-college program right now, in a real building
  • Teaches both the high school and the college course it aligns
  • Uses AI daily and still grades hard for original thinking
  • Owns the intersection: early college × AI × judgment
  • Bilingual delivery, English and Spanish
Signature keynote

The Rhetoric Machine

Why the real AI skill isn't using it — it's judging it.

Every school is debating the wrong question. The fight over whether students should use AI misses what AI actually is: a rhetoric machine — persuasion, framing, and influence running at scale, in every student's pocket. The urgent skill isn't prompting. It's judgment. From a classroom where AI is used daily and original thinking is still graded hard, this talk reframes the whole conversation: from catching cheaters to building discernment.

The founder

"I didn't start this company because I read about early college. I started it because I run one — and I got tired of watching districts buy advice from people who've never had a sixteen-year-old ask them, with real fear, whether a college class would break them."

Questions

Before you reach out.

Who do you work with?

Districts, campuses, and early-college / P-TECH programs; curriculum and instruction teams; English and AP departments; conference organizers; and the families those programs serve. Individual teachers looking for ready-made materials should head to LootDrop Lessons.

Do you travel for in-person work?

Yes. We're based in Dallas–Fort Worth and travel for keynotes, workshops, and on-site program work. Virtual sessions are available and work well for staff PD and multi-campus districts.

What does it cost?

It depends on the format — a keynote, a half- or full-day Institute workshop, and a multi-month Pathways engagement are priced differently. Tell us your audience, date, and what you're trying to shift and we'll send a quote. Package and multi-campus rates are available.

Can sessions be delivered in Spanish?

Yes — every family session is available fully in Spanish, and staff sessions can be delivered bilingually. It's a founding commitment, not an add-on.

Can you tailor to our district?

Always. Every engagement starts with your context: your college partner, your cohort, your pressures. A room of veteran early-college teachers and a brand-new P-TECH staff get different sessions.

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better — calendars fill a term out, especially around PD days and conference season. If your date is soon, still reach out; we'll tell you honestly whether it works.

Let's build it

Bring one real challenge. We'll bring the path.

A 30-minute call. Tell us your program, your audience, and the thing that isn't working — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and what it would take.

Include your district or event, your audience, your date, and what you're hoping to shift.
